Since the initial orientation and completion of application this has been the best experience in renting a home. Shawn and Heather went above and beyond our service expectations. This has been our best renting decision so far.

Well run community. The three individuals in the front office are very professional. AND the maintenance group is the best I have seen. You don’t have to ask them to do something. If it is something that is obvious they will do it by themselves with out being told. Great group. Things that need to be corrected. Hallways are wind tunnels and something needs to be done and hallways and elevators are dirty and need to be cleaned on a more regular basis.

I love living here so peaceful clean and great amazing hard working loving staff! Everyone who lives and works here is so nice and caring . Great space for children and dogs .

Can't complain so far, all personnel has been friendly and attentive. Common areas are well maintained (except for some grills, but they are used every 2-3 days and its hard to keep up with their maintenance, I get it) and all events are informed in advanced. Keep it up!

Amazing experience! Amenities are great. And atlas team do their best to make this community a great place to leave. The only thing I’m concerned it’s that people don’t pick up their dogs pop but that it’s totally up to the neighbors.
